The personal data you provide to MTE srl are subject to processing in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Privacy Code), as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018 and subsequent amendments and additions, and the EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR). The personal data you entered on all the forms and pages of MTE Srl, for request of information about the products developed and marketed, shall be processed, in whatever form they are provided, only by staff in charge of MTE srl.
MTE srl, upon your authorization, may process your personal data also for sending information or promotional material (mailings and newsletters) relating exclusively to the activities covered by the company, without prejudice to the possibility of refusing such use, by exercising, free of charge and at any time, the right to object under Articles 130, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, and 21 of EU Regulation 679/2016 according to the procedures described below.
The provision of data marked with an asterisk (*) is compulsory, as it is essential to identify the data subject and to manage the information requested in relation to the goods manufactured by MTE srl. Failure to provide such data will make it impossible to proceed and therefore to interact with MTE srl.
This website does not used IT techniques for the direct acquisition of personal identification data or profiling systems. The software used to operate this website uses only session cookies and analytics cookies (in particular, Google Analytics cookies). Session (or navigation) cookies are technical cookies, necessary to ensure the optimal functioning and proper use of the website. They are strictly functional for the transmission of session identification data, consisting of random numbers generated by the server, which do not allow any personal identification of individual users. This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union, in particular with Google. This transfer complies with specific decisions of the European Union and the Data Protection Authority, in particular Decision 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield), thus no further consent is required. The company mentioned above guarantees acceptance of the Privacy Shield.
Your data will be processed solely for the purposes indicated above to protect the security and confidentiality of data. The same data shall be stored for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed, on the servers of MTE SRL allocated at the data center of MTE srl.
Website visitors, in their capacity as data subjects, may exercise their rights referred to in Articles 15-16-17-18-19-20-21-22 of the EU Regulation, by virtue of which they may request and obtain information about the data concerning them, the purposes and methods of processing, updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, anonymization and blocking, the storage period of data and, finally, oppose the processing of the same or withdraw consent to the processing of their data (art. 7 EU Regulation) by sending the relevant request by e-mail to informativagdpr@mtesrl.it
Moreover, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint/report/appeal to the Data Protection Authority pursuant to Articles 141 et seq. of the Privacy Code and 77 of EU Regulation 679/2016. Data subjects may avail themselves, for the exercise of their rights, of natural persons, entities, associations or bodies, by conferring written proxy to this end. Data subjects may also be assisted by a trusted person.
